Head of A&R, Music Manager, PA, Founder of MAR

Fernanda Curado is a bright music industry professional with exceptional skills both in music production and music business. She is the new Head of A&R and Co-Manager for the talent management company KLEF$ Music Group and the Producer’s Assistant at LM Filmmakers.

At only the age of 23 years old, Fernanda Curado has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry and now, she has recently branched into the fashion world with her new swimwear line MAR BIKINIS. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Fernanda moved to Los Angeles, California, where she graduated both in Music Production and Entertainment Business at The Los Angeles Film & Recording School.

Even though music, fashion and events had always been a part of her teen years, everything started to take off when she turned 19 and landed an internship in Hollywood at the Beach Wave Sound recording studio. Working alongside the producer group The Stereotypes, Fernanda had the first taste of working in the industry, interacting with A-listers such as Demi Lovato, Destiny Rogers, Camila Cabello, Madison Beer and Bruno Mars.

Eventually she decided to strike out on her own, and joined KLEF$ as both A&R and manager. Within weeks she’d discovered Siale, her most recent released R&B/Pop artist. With an eye for talent, an undeniable passion for music, and incredible work ethic, Fernanda has a special gift when it comes to developing artists’ brands, and pushing them toward reaching their fullest creative and commercial potential.

SIALE FEFE

Fernanda Curado is setting an example for not only younger music professionals, but for females in the industry: “I refuse to stop. I have heard more ‘no’s than I can count, yet I am here. For people who are stuck and don’t know where to begin, the best advice I can give you is to just start. Start moving, start studying, start networking and be a good, likable person, that way people will have a reason to remember your name and you will gain their respect”
