Country music sensation Morgan Wallen found himself in legal trouble over the weekend, with Nashville police arresting him on felony charges after he allegedly tossed a chair from a downtown bar rooftop. The incident, which took place late Sunday night, resulted in Wallen being booked into jail on counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, as reported by the Metro Nashville Police Department.
The arrest stemmed from an incident outside Chiefs Bar on Broadway, where officers witnessed a chair being thrown from the rooftop, narrowly missing two officers below. Bar staff reportedly identified Wallen as the culprit, and video footage supported their claim, showing Wallen throwing an object from the six-story building.
Witnesses attested to Wallen’s actions, stating they saw him pick up the chair, throw it over the rooftop, and then laugh. Police deemed his behavior hazardous, leading to the charges of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
