When you think of great songwriting, John Legend is probably somewhere in your mind.
MasterClass, the online education subscription platform, has announced that the 12-time Grammy Award Winner will be teaching The Art of Songwriting in an upcoming episode.
David Rogier, founder and CEO of MasterClass, said of the lesson, “John’s ability to craft songs that resonate in both intimate moments and timely movements makes him one of the most accomplished songwriters of the time.”
In his class, Legend shows students his songwriting process from start to finish.
The “All Of Me” artist said, “Songs are core to who we are and are such an important part of humanity. My class will give you the tools to find your voice, figure out who you are, and establish yourself with longevity so you can make a real impact through music.”
