Versa, proclaimed as the first major women-led, multi-day music festival in 20 years, boasts a genius-level melding of live music, motivational speakers, and comedy.

Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits’ Four Leaf Productions are behind the festival with Charlie Jones at the helm.

Liz Phair, Ellie Goulding, and Kali Uchis have been announced as part of the line up for the festival, which will be held June 11-12 at Lincoln Park South Fields in Chicago.

Other notable acts include: Chelsea Handler, Fortune Feimster, Syndee Washington, Ilana Glazer, Patti Harrison on the comedy side. Musical performers include Laura Jane Grace, Jamila Woods, Big Feedia, Deb Never, Monica, Kim Petras, and many more.

In true powerful female fashion, the weekend will include inpsirational speakers like Gloria Steinem.

Jones spoke with Rolling Stone last year saying that the “driving force behind the festival led by women is to open doors and elevate others.” He went on to say “Empowerment feels like an empty word, but ‘financial empowerment’ is not, and I’m focused on that. And that’s how we’re treating anybody that gets hired to perform or work on the event.”
