Taylor Swift spoke out Friday via Instagram about Ticketmaster’s epic mishandling of her concert tickets.

“It goes without saying that I’m extremely protective of my fans,” Swift wrote on Instagram on Friday. “It’s really difficult for me to trust an outside entity with these relationships and loyalties, and excruciating for me to just watch mistakes happen with no recourse.”

Swift went on to give more insight into her personal frustration, “I’m not going to make excuses for anyone because we asked them, multiple times, if they could handle this kind of demand and we were assured they could,” the singer wrote. “It’s truly amazing that 2.4 million people got tickets, but it really pisses me off that a lot of them feel like they went through several bear attacks to get them.”

Sales for the tour began on Tuesday, but the overwhelming demand buckled the ticketing site, who has already been the center on controversy recently with country superstar Zach Bryan voicing his frustration with the company and even going so far as to name his album “All My Homies Hate Ticketmaster.”
