Her latest single, “Singer and the Song” is a masterful display of the depth of her songwriting and an authentic look into the artist herself. Produced by Thomas Dulin at The Planetarium, “Singer and the Song” takes the listener through the journey that each one of us find ourselves on.

“For every johnny cash, there’s a johnny on the street

For every dolly parton, there must be a jolene.”

Starting off simple and clean, the single paints the kind of picture for the listener that they can truly see themselves in. As the song progresses, the music starts to swell to match the emotion of the lyrics while ethereal choruses begin to accompanying Streppa’s soothing vocals.

This is one of those songs that you will find yourself wanting to stop and soak in while it tugs on the strings of your heart and makes you feel like you truly belong, whether you are the singer or you are the song.
