Pixar’s groundbreaking film Toy Story is turning 30, and Levi’s is celebrating in true western style. The iconic denim brand has announced a 23-piece collection inspired by Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and the entire gang, officially launching October 2, 2025.
The line, which will be available on Levi.com, the Levi’s App, select Levi’s stores, and DisneyStore.com, leans into Levi’s deep western heritage while paying tribute to one of the most beloved animated films of all time.

A Collection Rooted in Storytelling
This isn’t just denim stamped with familiar faces. Levi’s has carefully woven Toy Story into the details. The men’s Western Jacket, for example, arrives in piece-dyed bull denim and features custom metal studs embossed with film motifs: Woody’s belt buckle, the Space Ranger logo, the Pizza Planet emblem, Woody’s boot logo, and even a cactus design.
Even the jeans get a dose of nostalgia. Inside, pocket bags are printed with Andy’s handwriting, one of several “Easter egg” touches designed to delight fans who grew up with the movie.
The broader collection pulls from the western spirit of Toy Story, with silhouettes, embroidery, and rugged denim treatments that feel as if they’ve walked straight out of Andy’s room and onto the open range.

Why It Works
The collaboration feels inevitable: Levi’s has been synonymous with Americana for over a century, while Toy Story—Pixar’s first full-length feature—has become a modern American classic. Woody and Jessie’s frontier aesthetic pairs naturally with Levi’s cowboy roots, while Buzz’s futuristic edge adds a playful contrast against timeless denim.
With 23 pieces spanning jackets, jeans, shirts, and accessories, the drop offers something for both collectors and everyday wearers. It’s designed to appeal across generations, whether you were a child when Toy Story first hit theaters in 1995 or you discovered it through Disney+ years later.
The Countdown to October
Levi’s × Toy Story is more than a fashion capsule—it’s a cultural moment. Fans can expect the collection to move quickly when it launches on October 2, especially with its blend of nostalgia, craftsmanship, and character-driven details.
Thirty years after Pixar first introduced us to Woody and Buzz, the story continues—this time stitched into denim.
